Introduction

Ingredients

    Margarine, hard, 1/2 cup - do not use calorie reduced margarine - it has water in it that will make the cereal soggy. (I tried it.. yuck.)
    Kraft Jett Puffed Large Marshmallows - 42 count
    Fiber One, Original Bran Cereal, 8 cups
    Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal, 8 cups

    Optional Ingredients:
    coconut unsweetened, 1 cup
    any dried fruit - raisins, cherries, cranberries etc 1 cup
    Dark Chocolate Chips, 2/3 cup
    almonds or peanuts or walnuts chopped 1 cup


Directions

On medium heat, in large pot melt margarine, add marshmallows. stiring constantly, melt marshmallows. Take off heat add cereals, and if using the optional ingredients adding no more than 3 cups of the optional ingredients or the mix won't be sticky enough to hold everything together
Mix well, and press well into greased 9x13 inch pan. let set for 1 hour, cut into 20 pieces or as desired. Keeps well in sandwich bags, do not freeze.
