    Salt and pepper
    4 - 4 oz tilapia fillets
    6 oz artichoke hearts packed in water - drained and chopped
    1/2 t. oregano
    1 t. garlic - minced
    1 slice whole wheat bread - cubed
    1 T. parmesan cheese - grated
    1 t. olive oil


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray

Sprinkle tilapia fillets with salt and pepper, place in baking dish.

In small bowl, combine artichoke hearts, oregano, garlic, bread, and parmesan cheese; mix well.

Brush each tilapia fillet with olive oil; top fish with artichoke mixture. Bake until fish flakes easily, approx 15 minutes. Serve.
