4 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
4 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
3 cup, diced Celery, raw
3 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast
6 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can
4 Cup Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt
3784 gram(s) Bone Broth (by JOHNDCALHOUN)
Brown meat; I use bone-in shank. Cover with 4 quarts water & simmer for 3-4 hours, until meat is falling apart. Remove meat and add veggies to broth. Cook until soft, about 35 minutes. Pick over meat; removing excess fat. Return to soup & serve.
