Ingredients

    6 slices Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread (about 5-6 cups)
    4 large eggs
    1 1/2 C. Non-fat milk
    2 TBSP sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8 or 13x9 oven proof pan with cooking spray.
Line bottom of pan with bread cubes. In a larg bowl, beat together eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, and vanilla. Por egg mixture over bread. let stand for 10 minutes or cover and refridgerate overnight.
Bake in preheated oven 45 minutesuntil top is golden brown.
Serve with warm sugar free syrup if desired (not included in recipe).
