    1 stick butter
    6 oz bittersweet chocolate
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3 large eggs
    1/3 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup plus 2 T sifter AP flour


Melt butter & choc in double boiler, remove from heat, whisk in sugar, then eggs, then cocoa and salt. Fold in flour until combined. Bake in 9" square baking dish at 350 for 30 - 35 mins.

Serving Size: makes 12 brownies (9" pan)
