    carrot strips
    red, yellow, green peppers
    spices to your taste
    chili powder
    2 cans beans of your choice
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1-2 cans veg broth OR 1 can broth to 1 can water
    Boca or Morning Star Farms Ground Meat Substitute


Combine all peppers, onions, garlic, and carrots and cook for about 5-8 minutes.
Add the VEG Meat substitute, tomatoes, broth, beans, and spices of your choice, not forgetting the chili powder.
Cook for 20-30 minutes stirring occasionally testing for taste along the way.
Serve alone or with cornbread, white, brown or yellow rice.
