The best without animal products! The best without animal products!
Number of Servings: 12


    1.5 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp baking soda
    .25 tsp salt
    .33 cup oil
    .5 cup brown sugar packed
    1 cup mashed banana (about 2)
    .33 cup milk alternative (I used Rice Dream Original)


Mix dry ingredients and then add to well combined wet ingredients. Mix until just evenly distributed. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 for 48mins or so. Makes 12 slices.
