    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    Trader Joe's Artichoke Hearts (entire can), 14.5 oz
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Basil, 5 leaves
    Fresh Oregano 1 teaspoon leaves, 2 tsp
    Lemon juice, 3 tbsp


Chop everything and saute together on the stove top.
