Number of Servings: 4


    4 cups water, divided
    1 teaspoon sea salt with seasoning
    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    1 cup stone ground yellow corn meal


Bring 3 cups water to boil in a 2 or 3 quart sauce pan with salt and olive oil. Mix corn meal into remaining cup of cold water and mix. Pour into boiling water, stirring constantly until thick.

Spray 9" square baking pan with olive oil spray. Pour hot corn meal mush into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes. Top with desired toppings.
