Introduction

This sandwich is stacked tall, but only uses one oblong piece of bread that is cut in half. This sandwich is stacked tall, but only uses one oblong piece of bread that is cut in half.

Ingredients

    Bread - Oroweat Jewish Rye Bread (1 Slice)
    Deli Turkey, Oven Roasted, Hormal Natural Choice, 2 serving (6 slices)
    Romaine Lettuce, 1 inner leaf
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick)
    Canola Mayonnaise, Spectrum Naturals, 1/2 tbsp
    Mild Pace Picante Sauce ( 2 Tb. sp. serving ), 1/2 tbsp

Directions

Mix together the salsa and mayo, then spread onto the bread. Cut the bread and turkey slices in half, then stack turkey on one of the pieces of bread. Stack on tomato & lettuce, then finally the 2nd piece of bread. Voila! A small and yummy sandwich.
