Number of Servings: 36


    1/2 c butter, softened
    1/4 c splenda special blend
    1/4 c splenda brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp hot water
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup mini morsel chocolate chips
    1/2 c peanut butter chips


Heat oven 350 degrees.
Cream butter and both Spleanda sugars until smooth.
Beat egg in.
Stir in vaniila extract.
Dissolve baking soda and water.
Add to batter and salt.
Stir in flour, then chips.
Srop onto baking sheet using 1 1/2 tbsp measuring spoon.
Bake 8-10 mins or until the edges are nicely browned.
You can add more or less of the chip, to your liking.
