    Salt, 2 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Yeast, bakers, .25 ounce
    Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered, 1.3 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Soybean Oil, .25 cup
    Water, tap, 2.66 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Flour, white, 7.5 cup
    Soy Flour, 1.66 cup, stirred


Combine flours, set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients. Add flour one cup at a time and stirring each cup in before adding the next.
Lightly oil the dough and allow to stand till double.
Punch down, divide into three balls and form into loaves. Allow loaves to rise until above the edge of the pan. About one hour. Makes 3 loaves
Bake at 350 for approximately one hour.
Ok... Reality check. Put the stuff in a bread machine on the "dough" setting.Come back in an hour and put it in the loaf pans and bake. Take credit for homemade bread... simple!
