    3 tbsp uncooked Cream of Wheat
    3/4 c. water
    2 tsp cocoa powder


Pour water into 2 cup microwave safe bowl. Stir in dry cream of wheat. Microwave on high for 1 minute then stir. Microwave another minute then stir in cocoa powder. Microwave 30-60 seconds, until thickened. Stir in sweetener, if desired.

Calories for sweetener not included in this recipe. You can adjust the amount of cocoa powder to your taste.

Keep an eye on the microwave as this tends to boil over if it gets too hot!
