Ingredients

    10 oz pork
    7oz green chile salsa verdy
    1/2 large white onion
    1Tbs chopped garlic
    1 cup frozen pepper strips
    1.5 Shredded nonfat cheddar cheese
    12 Tbsp Non-fat Sour cream
    6 low carb/fat tortillas

Directions

Slow cook pork/covered in 350 degree oven for up to 1 hour. Let set, then pull apart.
Saute onion, garlic, peppers until onion is glassy. Add pulled pork and salsa verde. Simmer.

take tortilla and warm if desire. Spread 1/4 cup cheese on tortilla, then add 1/2 cup mixture. Put 2 Tbls of non-fat sour cream on top and roll up burrito style.
YUM!!
