    Boboli Pizza Crust- Original
    1/2 block Neufchatel Cheese- softened on counter
    Italian Recipe Canned Tomatoes- with Garlic, Basil & Oregano
    Extra garlic if desired
    Extra Italian seasonings if desired


Drain some excess liquid from tomatoes then place in skillet over medium heat.
Add extra garlic & seasonings if desired.
Simmer about 20 minutes to heat and reduce liquids.
Soften cheese on counter until spreadable.
Spread cheese over Boboli crust.
When tomatoes are ready, place tomatoes over crust and bake as directed. 8-10 minutes at 450*.

For an appetizer, cut into squares.
