    3 oz. package of Starkist Albacore Tuna in Water Pouch
    4 baby carrots (sliced in thirds)
    5 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
    1 c. romaine lettuce or any dark green lettuce
    2 TBSP low fat ranch dressing
    1 Pita (cut in half)


Place tuna into bowl. Slice carrots in thirds (lengthwise) and add to bowl. Cut tomatoes in half and add to bowl. Pour sald into bowl. Pour on dressing and mix well. Fill each pita half with tuna salad mixture

Add walnuts/pecans for added crunch and protein
