Ingredients

    Jules Gluten free bread mix
    2 Tbs. honey or agave nectar
    1 1/4 cup plain yogurt, dairy or non-dairy (use vanilla flavored yogurt for a sweeter bread)
    1 tsp apple cider vinegar
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 large eggs or egg substitute
    yeast packet (included with the mix)

Directions

Bring liquid ingredients to room temp. follow instructions from package. add liquids to bread machine first, then flour. Make a well in the flour for the yeast. Level bread before the rise. bake to internal temp of at least 205.
