Introduction

It seems to me that the possibilities of nut butters and nut meals are endless here. You could also top with a drizzle of dark chocolate and then sprinkle some chopped nuts on top. Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup tahini (I used raw)
    1/4 cup honey (I used unpasteurized, creamed)
    1 cup coconut milk powder
    1/2 cup almond meal

Directions

Combine tahini and honey together. Add in the coconut milk powder. Mix well. Sprinkle 1/2 of the almond meal into a square baking dish. Using your fingers, spread the halvah mixture into the pan. Sprinkle remaining almond meal on top and press down.
Chill, then cut into bars.
