Really garlicky. Really garlicky.
Number of Servings: 8

8 Yukon Gold Potatoes (1 potato about 5oz) or other yellow-fleshed potato
    1 head of garlic
    2 cups fat free milk
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
3/4 cup Kraft Miracle Whip Fat Free Dressing

Scrub potatoes but don't peel them and then cut into quarters. Put in a pot full of water and set to boil. In the meantime, peel all the cloves from the head of garlic (or as many as you'd like) and when they're peeled, add them to the potato pot so that they cook with the potatoes.

Once the potatoes and garlic are cooked, drain and mash. Mix the Miracle Whip and milk together and add to the potato/garlic mixture a little at a time and keep mashing until all the liquid has been added.

Salt to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings.
