Ingredients

    * Pumpkin, cooked, 2 cup, mashed (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 2 cup (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove)
    * *Flour, white, 3.5 cup (remove)
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove)
    * *Canola Oil, .5 cup (remove)
    2/3 cup water
    2 tsp baking soda
    1.5 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmet
    1/2 tsp cloves
    1/4 tsp ginger

Directions

Mix pumpkin, eggs, water, oil and applesauce. Add sugars.

In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add slowly to wet ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees. For breads, should be ~60-70 min. Muffins should take 40-50 min.
