Introduction

Ingredients

1 cup applesauce
¾ cup honey
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
¼ cup soy flour
1/8 cup milled flax seeds
1/8 cup wheat germ
¾ cup unsweetened dried shredded coconut
¼ sliced almonds
¼ cup walnuts, chopped very fine
¼ cup raw shelled unsalted sunflower seeds
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Mix apple sauce and honey. Add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla & mix well.
In separate bowl, combine the flours, baking soda and salt. Mix in milled flax &wheat germ. Add to wet ingredients and mix well. Mix in coconut, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seed and chocolate chips, beat until well mixed. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto cookie sheets and bake in 350oF oven for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy without guilt!
