    1 1/3 cup oats
    4 scoops vanilla protein powder
    1 cup nonfat powdered milk
    1/3 cup chopped dried apple
    1/3 cup dried currents
    1/3 cup sunflower seeds
    1/3 cup soy protein powder
    5 Tble almond butter
    3/4 cup water
    1 tsp almond extract


oil a 9 x9 inch pan; line bottom with waxed paper

Mix all the dry ingredients in large bowl

Mix all wet in separate bowl

Mix wet into dry

press into pan and refrigerate at least 2-4 hours. Cut into 9 bars. freezes well.
