    whole wheat pita bread
    1/4 C canned pineapple (crushed or chunks)
    1/4 c cottage cheese
    1 tsp cinnamon


Pre-heat over to 350.
spray sides of pita with cooking spray. Open pita.
From here, you can do this two ways:
1)-- mix cottage cheese and pineapple together, and put in pita, then sprinkle cinnamon on top, or
2)-- place cottage chesse or pineapple on bottom, sprinkle cinnamon on, add pineapple or cottage cheese, sprinkle remaining cinnamon on.

Arrange pita on a oven- safe tray such that it is standing, and bake in oven for 10 mins (until pita is wam and crispy). May also sprinkle some sugar/ splenda over top and/ or sides of pita. YUMMY!!!
