    6 c water
    6 oz beef round or lean cut, diced
    1 meduim onion, chopped
    1 medium carrot, chopped
    1 tbsp celery, chopped
    1 tbsp green bell peppers, chopped
    1 tbsp yellow bell peppers, chopped
    1 tbsp red bell peppers, chopped
    1 medium potato, diced
    1/4 c yellow sweet corn, frozen kernels
    1/4 c green peas, frozen
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 dash black pepper or to taste


Put water in soup pot. Turn on heat to high. Add ingredients as you chop them. Add salt and pepper. Once boiling, turn down to low (should still be bubbling.) Allow to cook for approximately 20 minutes or until all vegetables are tender. Recipe works well in a crock pot too.

Makes approximately six servings.
