    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 8 oz
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1.75 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large
    Garlic, 4 tsp
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Ground beef, 16 oz
    Hunts No Added Sugar Italian Style Sauce, 3 cup
    Sausage, italian 16 oz
    Hunts Diced tomato with sweet onion, 2 cup
    Zucchini, 910 grams (aproximatly 2 pounds sliced lenghth wise thin like lasagna noodles about 6 zucchinis


1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown hamburger and sausage until no longer pink. Add onion, garlic, cook for 3 more minutes. Add Marinara sauce, and water and simmer for 10 minutes, you may want to sprinle some italian seasonings at this time if you wish..

2. In a medium bowl, mix together ricotta, egg, salt, and pepper to taste.

3. In a deep 8x8 dish, spread a 2 cups of meat sauce. Layer slices of zucchini on top. Spread half the cheese mixture over the top of zucchini. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and half the mozerrla cheese. Spread 2 cup of meat sauce, more zucchini, remaining ricotta cheese, rest of parmesan cheese. Layer the rest of the meat sauce and the rest of mozzeral cheese on top of that.

4. Cover with aluminum foin and bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake for an addition 7 to 10 minutes.

5. Let cool for a few minutes before eating.
