Ingredients

*Beans, Kroger CRANBERRY BEANS,1/4C(dry/35g), 12 serving (remove)
*Rienzi Chick Peas, 2 cup (remove)
*Albertsons Lentils 1lb Bag, 1.5 cup (remove)
Onions, raw, 3 cup, chopped (remove)
Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
Parsnips, 1 cup slices
Collards, frozen, chopped, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt, 4 cup, chopped
*Better than Boullion Vegetable Base, 1.5 tbsp
Water, tap, 7 cup (8 fl oz)
Thyme, ground, 2 tsp
Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
*365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 3 cup
*Baby Bella Mushroom , 5 oz, sliced
Directions
Throw everything except the vegetable base and the collard greens into a large slow cooker and put on high for 9 hours. Check water level after about 6 hours add more water as needed to keep soup from getting too thick. The last 1/2 hour add the greens and the vegetable base. Adjust seasoning. Is better the next day.
