    1 medium banana
    1 medium pear
    1 medium grapefruit
    1/2 cup grapes, sliced
    1/3 cup pitted dates, sliced
    2 tbsp honey


Dice banana and pear and scoop out grapefruit. Combine all and stir gently.

Note: Fruit may be varied (apple, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peach, nectarine, pineapple, dried fruit, etc.) as desired. When not using a citrus, light whipped topping may be used in place of honey.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1 cup servings (May vary according to the number of fruit used.)
