    1 tsp olive oil
    1 cup diced zucchini
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 cup cooked corn kernels
    2 tbsps water
    1/4 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper


1) in a meduim nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium-high hear. Add the zucchini, onion, and green bell pepper. Cook stirring until slightly softened about 3 minutes.

2) Add the corn, water, chili powder, pepper. Cover and let simmer for 10-12 minutes.
