    1 1/2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Diced (aprox. 1" pieces)
    1 Jar Ragu Robusto Sauteed Onion & Garlic pasta Sauce (1 lb 10 oz)
    1 small can Sliced Mushrooms, drained
    1 Box Whole Wheat Rotini, 14 oz, prepared as directed
    2 Tbs Olive Oil, divided
    1 tsp minced garlic (dried)
    Italian Spice (a few grinds)
    1 Tbs Salt


Start Pasta water (salted , 1 Tbs Olive Oil, and add some italian spice). When boiling, add Pasta, cook until done, Meanwhile, dice Chicken into aprox 1 " pieces, Brown in 1 tbs olive oil, 1Tbs minced garlic and a few grinds of Italian Spice. Add Mushrooms, and pasta sauce. Mix sauce and pasta together.

Serving Size: makes aprox 7 2-cup servings
