    Oat bran - 1/2 cup,
    Shredded coconut - 1/4 cup,
    Coconut milk (creamy) - 2 tbls,
    Goji Berries - 28g


Soak dried Goji berries over-night in a little water.
In a small pan, add the bran, shredded coconut, agave and 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring to the boil and add the goji berries. Fold through the creamy coconut milk and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 1 large bowl.
