Ingredients

    *Barilla Elbow Macaroni, 16 oz
    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp *half a tablespoon*
    *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 6 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Milk, 1%, 2 cup
    large high sided pan.. 9x13 not big enough.. try throw away roaster from grocery store foor turkeys,

Directions

**** its half of a tablespoon of pepper******
*boil macaroni to package directions.. i think al dente makes the best macaroni
*scramble eggs, milk and pepper together, i also like to add a pinch of ceyenne pepper, it gives it a little something extra
*drain noodles
* layer in huge pan.. like a throw away turkey roaster with tall sides
*1/3noodles on bottom
* 1/3 cheese
* 1/3 noodles
* 1/3 cheese
* 1/3 noodles
* 1/3 cheese
* evenly pour egg/milk mixture over top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
makes 12 good thanksgiving sized portions

    Very Good
    I halved the recipe and it worked out great. Next time we're going to use some SHARP cheddar to add more flavor. By the way, half the recipe fits nicely in one of those square Corningware baking dishes. - 11/5/07
