    Potato, raw, 8 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 2 tsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp


Heat oven to 450* F, line a pan baking pan with foil, or use a glass pyrex pan with a top.
Cube potatoes, if you're not using a pyrex pan, place in a large bowl.
Mix potatoes, oil, parsley and garlic, put lid on pyrex pan and toss or toss in bowl.
Take top off of pyrex pan, place in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning once. If using a bowl to toss, place in lined pan.
