    1oz ham
    1 slice tomato
    1/4 avocado, sliced
    1 tsp lime juice
    1 leaf arugula
    1/2 tbsp Ranch dressing


Spread lettuce leaf on plate. Spread ranch on leaf. layer other ingredients on top. Roll-up and secure with a tooth pick.
