    Fennel, 1 bulb (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Rocket, 100 gram(s) (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    *Pine Nuts, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Pasta, cooked, 100 grams (remove)
    White Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Lemon juice, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 2 oz (remove)
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), .5 cup (remove)


1. Cook the fennel and onion (diced small) in olive oil, stirring to keep from sticking, for five-seven minutes
2. Add garlic (sliced thin), lemon juice,zucchini, white wine
3. When the wine burns off, add tomatoes, cook for five minutes, turn off heat.
4. Make pasta, when pasta is al dente, drain, reserving .5 cup of water
5. Add water, pasta, pine nuts, olives (diced) and chickpeas, reheat on low
6. Add rocket, stir until rocket is wilted, serve.
