    588 grams extra lean ground beef
    1/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
    1 free range egg
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp Louisiana hot sauce
    mix all ingredients together and form 4, 5 oz burgers or 5 4oz burgers, grill on the BBQ if desired.
