    1, 12oz Salmon Fillet

    2 TBS Smartbalance Light w/Olive Oil - melted (Can use Butter too - NOT IN NUTRITION INFO)

    2 TBS 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    3 oz. Lemon Juice

    0.75 TBS Pepper (or to taste)

    0.5 TBS Onion Powder

    0.5 TBS Garlic Powder


1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (175 degrees C) if frozen otherwise follow directions on pkg.

2.Whisk together the melted smartbalance (or butter), lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Cover the salmon with the sauce so the flesh side is coated, and place skin-side down in baking dish of your choice (I lined mine with foil for easy clean-up)

4. Cook until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, 12 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

Tastes great along a nice salad!
