Ingredients

    1 lb dreamfields elbow pasta( cooked and drained)
    2 cups chopped green peppers
    1 cup chopped purple onion
    1 jar green olives
    1 jar black olives
    3 tomatoes chopped
    1/4 lb sandwich pepperoni sliced thin
    1/4 lb salami sliced thin
    1/4 lb mild provolone cheese sliced thin


    dressing
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp black pepper
    3/4 C canola oil
    1/2 C white vinegar


Directions

while pasta is cooking, chop all ingredients
drain and cool pasta, add all chopped ingredients
mix together dressing , pour over and toss in large bowl


Serving Size: makes about full servings, more if only using as a side dish
