    1 pound lean ground lamb
    1 tsp minced ginger
    1 tsp minced garlic
    2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
    3 tbsp minced onion
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp coriander powder
    1/2 tsp garam masala powder
    1/2 tsp red chili powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg


Mix all ingredients in a big bowl and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to marinate. Soak 8 bamboo skewers in water.
Spread 1/4 cup of meat mixture across a skewer to form a long sausage. Repeat for the rest of the meat.

Place skewers on baking sheet and grill in preheated over at 415 degrees F for 15-20 minutes until meat is cooked through, turning them halfway through.
