Ingredients

    15 oz can black beans, undrained
    3/4 cup eggbeaters or egg whites (6)
    1/4 cocoa powder, unsweetened
    1 tsp espresso powder or 1 single serving instant coffee granules (about 1.5 tsp)
    3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup agave nectar
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Mix all but the last 3 ingredients in blender for 2 minutes to make sure beans are completely mashed and mixed in. Add nectar, butter and vanilla and blend another minute.

Bake in prepared 8x8 glass dish for 20 minutes at 350 degrees then lower heat to 300 and cook an additional 5 minutes. Cool completely and refrigerate 3 hrs. Cut into 15 equal pieces.
