Just like at Cracker Barrel, but low carb. Just like at Cracker Barrel, but low carb.

Ingredients

    1 grilled chicken breast
    2 cups lettuce
    1 medium tomato
    1 T red onion
    1/8 cup colby cheese
    1 hard-boiled egg
    1/8 cup carrots

Directions

Mix lettuce and all vegetables together, place cheese wedge and chicken breast (cut into strips) on top of the lettuce mix, then garnish with red onion slices.

Serving Size: Makes one large serving
