Ingredients

    6 boneless/skinless chicken breast cutlets
    .5 cup olive oil

1 cup Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs (eyeball it)
    2 eggs (large)

Directions

Rinse chicken. Dredge in flour, then egg wash, then bread crumbs. (Flour makes egg stick which hold the bread crumbs better) Warm oil in pan, once warm, add breaded cutlets. Cook until golden brown and chicken is fully cooked. Place cooked cutlets on paper towels to drain off some excess oil.

Serving Size: 6 pieces. (children tend to eat half a cutlet, adults eat one whole.)
