Bag of Green Giant Veg. Melody w/ red potatoes
3 Walmart Frozen Chicken Breasts - about 20oz
4 tablespoons of light Country Crock Butter
1/4 cup of Progresso Garlic and Herb Breadcrumbs
1.5 tsp of tony chachere's creole seasoning
1 tsp of McCormicks Original Chicken Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Defrost Chicken and preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Mix bread crumbs, and all seasonings including salt and pepper and put on plate
3. Pat chicken dry with paper towel
4. Dip each piece of chicken in bread crumb mixture, covering both sides of breast
5. Melt Butter and put in bottom of pan that will be used to cook chicken
6. Put chicken in pan and cook for 30 min and then flip over and cook for another 20 min.
7. Eat immediately for best taste and serve with bag of Green Giant Veg. Melody w/ red potatoes.
