    Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)
    Tomato Sauce Earthpure Organic 398ml, 1 serving (remove)
    Mushrooms, cooked, 4 mushroom (remove)
    *Spinach, cooked, 1 cup (remove)
    Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, .66 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Panela Natural Whole Sugar, .06 cup (remove)
    Stock Pacific Foods Vegetable, .66 cup (remove)


Brown turkey in lg saucepan with olive oil. Add garlic if desired, and then vegetables and seasonings. After veg. is softened, add tomato sauce. I thin it out with 2/3 cup vegetable stock. Stir in 1T sweetener of choice, to cut the acidity a bit. I use panela organic evaporated cane juice. Cook until desired consistency, and serve.

Serving Size: makes 7 one cup servings.
