    6 peppers (red, yellow, orange)
    1 pound lean beef
    6 oz ground pork
1 cup of rice cooked with beef broth
1 can of diced tomatoes - drained
    1 onion chopped
    3 cloves of garlic minced
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    splash of red wine
    1 egg

oregano, dried mustard, salt and pepper.

6-10oz ketchup, tablespoon brown sugar, good pinch of red pepper and a squirt of lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 350.

Prepare the rice in advance and let it cool - using beef stock, or chicken with help flavor the meal.

Top off the peppers, pull the seeds out. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling place the pepper in the water and allow them to cook for 3 minutes. Take them out of the water and let them drip dry. (turn the upside down)

In a small sauce pan saute the onion and garlic till soft.

Drain the tomatoes and place them in a bik mxing bowl.
Add the beef and pork to mixing bowl.
Add the paresan, rice, egg.
Give it a mix up then add the onion/garlic mix, a splash of wine. Then season. (note you can go with Itailian flavors, or do what you do with meatloaf, you can mis up these flavors)

Your pick or the following.

Add: 1 tablesppon paprika, 2 tablespoons of oragano, a teaspoon of dried mustard, salt and pepper to your guessed preference.

Nana use to do a BBQ chop with onion, ketchup, brown sugar, lemons I tweak that topping for these and meatloaf.

6-10oz ketchup, tablespoon brown sugar, good pinch of red pepper seeds and a squirt of lemon juice.

Fill the peppers, make them flat on top. Top with a dollap of the ketchup mix and cook for 60 minutes.
