    6 oz. can water-packed Tuna
    10 oz. package of frozen cauliflower
    1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
    1/2 cup chopped red pepper
    1 green onion, chopped
    1/2 cup fat-free milk
    Mrs. Dash seasoning
    6 saltines, crushed
    Butter-flavored cooking spray


In a 9 inch casserole dish coated with non-stick cooking spray, combine tuna and vegetables. Stir in milk and seasoning. Top with crushed saltines and spray with butter-flavored spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. or until vegetables are tender - makes 2 servings.
