    250 g dried red lentils
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 yellow onions, finely chopped
    150 g shiitake mushrooms, quartered
    250 g tomatoes halved
    1 pinches black pepper
    125 g spinach leaves


put it all in the blender mixed w water an then cook until lentils are soft
