    Chicken Breast - 3 quick frozen
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 small green pepper, sliced
    2 Tbsp oil
    1 tsp Chicken Boullion
    1 Cup water
    Dash each of chili powder, cayenne pepper, paprika
    Frank's Hot Sauce to Taste


Heat oil in a heavy dutch oven or large heavy skillet. Brown chicken on both sides. Stir in onions and peppers. Cook, stirring frequently, until onions are beginning to brown. Stir in seasonings, water, and boullion. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Cook on medium-low heat for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. When chicken is cooked, shred with a fork. Serve with Frank's hot sauce to taste. This can also be served on a low-carb wrap. I recommend enjoying this with a side of carb friendly veggies with dollop of sour cream.
