    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 3 cup
    *365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup
    Classico Vodka Sauce, 1 cup
    Parsley, .25 cup
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Crushed Red Pepper, .25 - .5 tsp


Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute zucchini and garlic in oil until zucchini is crisp-tender. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes, vodka sauce, parsley, oregano and red pepper flakes; heat through. Drain pasta; serve with zucchini mixture.
