Introduction
Be careful with chilis... Be careful with chilis...Number of Servings: 60
Ingredients

3oz Lime Juice
3oz Cider Vinegar
5 peppers (3 pablano, 2 jalapeno)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp kosher salt
Directions
Heat the oil in a pan. Roast the peppers well. Add the peppers and rest of the ingredients to a blender and puree till mostly smooth. Pour into a sanitized bottle (I used an old soy sauce bottle) and store in the refridgerator. Wait 2-3 weeks for the flavors to meld and then sprinkle on your favorite foods to "kick it up a notch".
Be careful when handling chilis. You may want to use gloves and/or eye protection. Do not get this stuff in your eyes or you will be very very sorry.
