Number of Servings: 1


    3 TB almond flour
    1 TB protein powder
    2 TB melted butter
    20 drops liquid stevia
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 TB water, room temp
    1 large egg
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract


Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl until smooth. Microwave the bowl and contents for 1 minute. Let it cool for 1 minute then remove from bowl and enjoy with butter and cinnamon.

Serving Size: Makes one muffin
